Convivio was honored to host a special reception this past Saturday celebrating the legendary Italian American actor and director Joe Mantegna. Held poolside at the beautiful new Courtyard by Marriott in Little Italy, the night was truly unforgettable.
The City and County of San Diego officially proclaimed December 6th as Joe Mantegna Day, and we had the pleasure of presenting Joe with his very own Little Italy banner. Joe was an absolutely gracious guest and embodies the very best of Italian American heritage - we were privileged to recognize him.
We were also delighted to welcome Joe’s dear friend and fellow actor Michael Tucci, beloved for his role as one of the T-Birds Sonny LaTierri in the iconic movie Grease.
