When October arrives in San Francisco, North Beach becomes the epicenter of a special weekend, where heritage, festivities, and traditions blend.
On Sunday, October 11th, 2026, the city will host the 158th San Francisco Italian Heritage Parade, a free community event that begins in Fisherman’s Wharf, all the way down Columbus Avenue, and culminates in Washington Square in front of Saints Peter and Paul Church.
