Perched high atop Grymes Hill with sweeping views of New York Harbor, The Italian Cultural Foundation that is Casa Belvedere welcomed community leaders and friends to its historic 1908 Roebling-Stirn estate Friday evening for its signature 16th Anniversary Gala — an event that kicked off a month of cultural festivities.
Themed “Legacy, Leadership & Light — Celebrating Those Who Inspire Generations,” the “grand gala” joined together more than 300 guests, and honored two individuals — and a Foundation — whose lifelong dedication, vision, and generosity have profoundly shaped the civic fabric of Staten Island — and beyond.
