“The latest ISTAT data on Italian companies’ exports confirm a positive trend resulting from the commitment of businesses and their ability to internationalize, but also from the support of the Government and the Italian system agencies.” In Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani’s opinion, “the chosen strategy enables us to maintain an excellent presence in traditional markets, such as the United States, but we need to expand exports in accordance with our National Plan.”
Minister Tajani reaffirmed that “despite the uncertainties surrounding tariffs, we are strengthening our position in the United States, with exports growing by 7.2%. In May we will also organize a major trade, science, and technology Forum in Miami. But we will also need to focus on emerging markets, such as Mercosur, Latin America in general, India, and the East.
