Technogym is expanding its U.S. footprint, with South Florida next on the luxury fitness and wellness brand’s list. The Italian fitness and wellness equipment and tech maker has signed a lease for a roughly 4,000-square-foot retail showroom at 4000 Ponce, a mixed-use office and retail complex in Coral Gables, Florida.
Expected to open in 2027, the location will be Technogym’s first Miami-area showroom and third in the U.S., joining existing locations in New York City and Los Angeles. The showroom will give consumers a place to experience Technogym’s fitness equipment and connected wellness technologies in person.
