The Los Angeles Delegation of the Italian Academy of Cuisine, founded in 1953 and officially recognized by the Italian Government as a cultural institution, is now welcoming new members interested in supporting the promotion and preservation of Italy’s culinary heritage.
The Academy brings together individuals passionate about Italian gastronomy who wish to explore its history, authenticity, and cultural significance. Activities include convivial dinners in selected Italian restaurants, curated menus, wine pairings, and cultural presentations highlighting traditional recipes, regional techniques, and Italy’s diverse food traditions.
