The Watertown Area Boxing Club is hosting the 16th Annual Carmen Basilio Quest for Champions the weekend of September 19. The event is held annually in honor of former boxing champion Carmen Basilio.
Watertown Boxing Club owner John Pepe said he always brings a special guest to the event. This year, he is bringing in a pair of former boxers. A dinner will be held the night before the event at the Italian American Club in Watertown.
