Alice Gregori is an Italian chef from the Lake Idro area, between Lombardy and Trentino. Inspired by family traditions, she developed a passion for cooking at an early age and worked in Italian restaurants and trattorias. After moving to the United States in 2020, she began her journey as a private chef. Today, she runs Noi Due Farm – The Kitchen in Woodside, California, offering farm-to-table dinners, Italian cooking experiences, and agriturismo-inspired lunches. A member of APCI North America, she celebrates Italian cuisine through seasonal ingredients and local California produce.
We the Italians is a company that in 10 years has become a key relational hub between Italy and the community of the more than 20 million Italian Americans in the United States. We have built a set of information channels that monthly reaches 3 million Italian Americans.
We have also consolidated an unparalleled geographical presence, structuring a network of more than 80 Ambassadors in all the Italian regions, across all 50 American states, plus ten focused on specific themes.
