Three Brooklyn residents host a popular podcast and social media account that aims to highlight what it's like to grow up Italian in New York City. The Instagram account Growing Up Italian has almost 90,000 followers. Rocco Loguercio, Michela Curcio and Sabino Curcio are siblings and cousins.
They started the meme page as a hobby, but now in addition to their page, they host a popular weekly podcast highlighting their culture and traditions. The podcast combines humor and current events. They discuss food, holidays, superstitions, sports and more.
