Several years have passed since we put the Advance spotlight on Campania's Coal Fired Pizza — the Eltingville dining spot named for the region in Southern Italy where mouth-watering pizza isn't the only really big draw.
And while pizza at Campania is a much sought-after attraction — with its thin crust, enticing fresh mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce — the Italian cuisine offered includes a diverse range of fresh and colorful appetizers and entrees. It is well worth the trip for foodies who know their way around the kitchen.
