Chef Adrianne Calvo continues to expand her culinary footprint on Miami, debuting her latest restaurant Forte by Chef Adrianne last week in Coral Gables. The chef, who’s also behind restaurants like Redfish and Cracked, is highlighting Italian cuisine and ingredients for her latest venture.
Seafood dominates the appetizer section at Forte with dishes like salmon carpaccio, fish crudo, and raw tuna. The “burrata bar” offers diners three different ways to eat the creamy cheese topped with items like pistachio almond pesto, braised cippolini onions, and garlic breadcrumbs.
