Just in time for the weekend, Miami’s most popular neighborhood has a new restaurant to check out. Dōma (35 NE 26th Street) arrives in Wynwood boasting a seafood-centric, Italian menu with plenty of Florida elements. The Dōma menu is divided into five different categories, ranging from bites like the Neopolitan fried pizza and grilled octopus, to more shareable options such as the beef tartare with goat cheese foam.

Larger dishes include items such as the tagliolini burrata with shrimp and grilled swordfish. The space also boasts a built-in wine cellar that can hold up to 800 bottles of wine in addition to an extensive cocktail program. The 2,400-square-foot, indoor/outdoor restaurant, is the brainchild of co-owner Luca Lomonaco, who has worked at restaurants like San Fransisco’s Quince as well as La Petite Maison, and executive chef Vincenzo Salvatore, who has worked in the kitchens of notable spots like Torre Del Saracino on the Amalfi Coast and Capri Palace in Naples.
