Mike and Diana Lampkin signed a lease in late September at 4223 Research Forest Drive, Ste. 950, The Woodlands, with plans to open Rosati’s Pizza Pub of The Woodlands by late December. The pizza pub will offer authentic Italian dishes, including thin and thick crusted pizzas, pastas, calzones, sandwiches, wings, salads and a full bar.
“Our signature Chicago pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches offer high quality value and flavor,” the Lampkins said in a statement. “Our delicious pizzas are made to order with our signature sauce, fresh vegetables [and]quality meats all prepared on a thin or thick crust. Since 1964, Rosati’s has stayed true to our roots, continuing to use fresh ingredients and authentic Italian family recipes.”
