An official delegation of the City of St Louis including Michael J Cross, President of the St Louis - Bologna Sister Cities (far left), and Jack Baumann, CEO of Guidester Travel (center left) presented Deputy Mayor Anna Lisa Boni with a Resolution from the City of St Louis at the City Hall of Bologna during the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the St Louis - Bologna Sister Cities.

The City of St Louis Resolution was sponsored and signed by Alderman Joe Vaccaro of the 23rd Ward and Alderman Joe Vollmer who represents The Hill neighborhood. The partnership between St Louis and Bologna was founded in 1987 by Cav. Franco Giannotti, Msgr. Salvatore Polizzi, and Mr. John Ferrara. The St Louis - Bologna Sister Cities is part of the World Trade Center - St Louis and fully supported by the City of St Louis and St Louis County governments.
