This vibrant culinary course begins with a virtual visit to a sixteenth-century artist's studio. Join art historian and chef Nancy DeLucia Real for a tour of the exhibition, Andrea del Sarto: The Renaissance Workshop in Action (on view June 23-September 13, 2015 at The Getty Center).

The course continues at the Italian Cultural Institute where participants will prepare and enjoy a Renaissance feast.
