Giuseppina Torre is an example of Italian excellence which is appreciated and admired abroad. Her fairy-tale story began three years ago when the organisers of the Los Angeles Music Awards 'discovered' through one of her songs on iTunes and soon she was celebrated in the U.S. and in the rest of the world.
Giuseppina's first album was released on Friday titled "Il silenzio delle stelle" (the Silence of the Stars), published by Bideri and distributed on the Sony Classic label. The album includes collaborations with such top-class performers as the Solis String Quartet, Fabrizio Bosso, Consiglia Licciardi and Michele Signore, with artistic production and music arrangement by Maestro Mimmo Cappuccio.
