Italian Street Painting Marin, the group responsible for San Rafael's annual street art festival, announced it will distribute $15,000 in art-based grants to 11 nonprofit organizations in Marin County.
Also a nonprofit, ISPM will support a wide range of arts programs for children and adults in Marin through the first-ever Arts Grant Recipients for 2014.
