Meet the author: Camilla BaresaniCamilla Baresani is an Italian writer. The author of novels, essays and pieces for the theatre, she lives in Milan where she teaches creative writing at the IULM University. Her two latest novels are Himalayan Pink Salt (the tale of a double attack suffered by a girl in the centre of Milan, a place apparently free from violence) and Gli Sbafatori (a comedic look at celebrity chefs and the journalists and bloggers who report on their marvellous world). Camilla Baresani also writes for two of the most important newspapers in Italy, Il Sole 24 Ore and Il Corriere della Sera, for which she also serves as food and wine columnist.
