The 6th Annual Saint Pio Festival takes place today through Sunday May 20th at St. Pio Catholic Regional School, 1826 Pollock Street. The festival kicks off at 6pm and features Italian food and desserts, amusement rides, games, and carnival treats like cotton candy. On Sunday you’ll have a chance to meet the Eagle’s Jason Kelce and other stars including Jack Griffo, from the Nickelodeon series The Thundermans.
The event is a fundraiser for St. Pio School, located next to St. Richard of Chichester Church. Rev. Michael Reilly, Pastor of the church and administrator of the school, explained that “the festival started as a small event for our school families and the local community, but it’s grown each year. We come together to show support for continuing Catholic education in our area – and to have some fun.”
