Hairstyles come and go, and eventually come back again. Clifton barber Osvaldo Chiarella should know. For 68 years he has cut hair — pretty much since he got off the boat from Italy in 1950. He's seen pompadours, D.A.'s, flat tops and Ivy League cuts wax and wane. On Saturday, Ozzie, as he's known, will close up his beloved Ozzie's Barber Shop for the last time.
