Residents of the township and other surrounding communities were treated to a beefsteak dinner at the St. Clements Church Connery Hall, located at 154 Mount Pleasant Avenue, on May 30. They were also given a chance to donate to a good cause.
Since 1947, with 200 acres and a lake, Camp Marcella has been a fun and safe haven for children and teenagers with special needs, visual impairments, and blindness. And at the Saturday charity dinner, about $1,750 went to the camp's facilities.
