The event is organized by the Church of the Nativity Italian Heritage & Cultural Society and St. Mary of Sorrows Italian Heritage Society, in association with The Abruzzo and Molise Heritage Society of the Washington D.C. Area, the National Italian American Foundation, Order Sons of Italy in America: George Washington Lodge, and the Italian Heritage Lodge of Fairfax.
