The Glen Elk Music, Wine and Art Festival had something on tap for everyone Saturday. With games, live music and vendors lined up along Baltimore Avenue in Clarksburg, the festival — in its 10th year — attracted people of all ages to the historic Glen Elk neighborhood.
The idea for the festival came from Joan and Virgil LaRosa, according to organizer Martin Shaffer. It was started as a celebration of history and the neighborhood's rich Italian heritage, Shaffer said.
