The IAATO has the privilege of recognizing a very special individual. Each year, we do our best to single out a member of our association who exemplifies what the Italian American Association of the Township of Ocean truly stands for.
That is, brotherhood, volunteerism, and a positive example and concern for our association, italian culture, and community without any expectation of reward or thanks. We honor the member that has been selected by awarding him with our "silent hero" award.
