Michael Corradino devoted two-thirds of his long and successful life to UNICO National, the Italian-American service organization. One of his legacies is the Christmas party UNICO holds for the developmentally disabled in North Jersey. "There was not a more giving person than Mike," said Joe Agresti of Clifton, a former past national president of UNICO, which is based in Fairfield. "He couldn't do enough for people."
Mr. Corradino, formerly of Clifton, died Monday at home in Little Falls. He was 100 years and four months. A World War II Army veteran, Mr. Corradino owned Dixon Press, a printing company in Passaic. He started working there after graduating from Clifton High School. He returned to his job after the war, and, with his wife, Anna Belle, acquired the firm in 1962.
