Spring has sprung and for foodies across the nation that means it's time to eat. From Italian markets in Philly to barbecue joints in Memphis, Fox News have found the country's best festivals to dig into spring, fork first.
Philadelphia's annual Italian market festival was ranked by Fox News as the seventh best Spring food festival.
