Clark Director of Recreation Ralph Bernardo received the Union County Human Relations Commission 2014 Unity Award for Achievement in Public Service at a presentation held Monday night in Union.
Bernardo was recognized for his dedication in serving the community and improving the quality of life for Clark citizens.
