The Scotch Plains Fanwood chapter of UNICO, in collaboration with the Scotch Plains Italian-American Club, invites the community to its annual Columbus Day Italian Heritage Celebration, that will take place on Saturday, October 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Alan M. Augustine Park, adjacent to the Scotch Plains municipal building at 430 Park Avenue. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors.

UNICO’s Columbus Day Italian Heritage Celebration is an annual tradition that pays tribute to the Italian-American history and culture that have deeply enriched the community. The event will feature speeches from distinguished guests, including local government officials, representatives from religious and service organizations, and local and national UNICO members.
