When she retired, Paula volunteered at a cancer center where she decided to combined her passion for sewing and her concern for patients dealing with hair loss. This experience led her to create T-Caps, which are soft comfortable hats made from T-shirts and embellished with costume jewelry, beautiful scarves, beads, lace, and more. Antonella is a talented seamstress from Cedar Grove who donates her time and skill to sew and accent the T-Caps for Paula’s program. The “Hugs for Your Head” Program has provided thousands of T-Caps for cancer centers in New Jersey and New York. Donations of T-shirts, costume jewelry, scarves, and thread are always welcome.
