A fireworks manufacturer alleges in a civil lawsuit that the operator of an Italian festival in Fayette County owes $4,000 for a 2013 fireworks display.
Zambelli Fireworks Manufacturing Company of New Castle in Lawrence County contends it had a written contract with Terry Cellurale of Uniontown and Uniontown Italian Festival for the Aug. 24 fireworks display at the Fayette County Fairgrounds in Dunbar.
