Oh, the Tums. The need for antacid is so rarely worth the indulgence – Thanksgiving and the neighborhood potluck dinners come to mind. There's also the annual Italian American Summer Festival, which takes place June 26 through 28 at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea.
Festival Chairman Donato Cristillo said the 15th annual affair is bigger and better. "We're including more food than normal," Cristillo said. "Our event is really all about the food. What we're doing differently is, in addition to the Italian foods and traditional fair food like the funnel cakes and elephant ears, we've also invited some international ethnic vendors."
