The Michigan Accordion Society will host "La Nascita di Roma," a music show and dinner dance celebrating the "Birth of Rome" at Villa Penna, 43985 Hayes in Sterling Heights. A 12-piece orchestra will perform under the direction of Michele Ramo featuring many local Italian singers. The event features a premium family style dinner, musical show and dancing.
Performers will include Mark Randisi, Eva Evola, Heidi Hepler, Johnny Trudell, and accordionists Danny Patrona, Joe Recchia and Tony Maltese along with Ray Pini on bass, Bill Cairo on drums, and Gary Schunk on piano. For details and tickets, call Antonella at (586) 530-1546.
