The Endowment for Radio Maria and the Poor will raise funds for both causes at its fifth annual banquet at 3 p.m. on Sept. 24 at Pescatore Palace in Franklin Park. The event will feature entertainment by Loris Giannoni, better known as “DJ Italian Gold.”
A Catholic radio program broadcast around the world in several languages, Radio Maria is spearheaded locally in Italian by the Rev. August Feccia.
