A scene from a 1970's movie — and some extra money won at an area casino — led Topekan Gary R. Constantino back to doing what he loves — cooking Italian food.
Constantino's bright green, red and white Italian eatery on wheels can be found parked in downtown Topeka during lunch Monday through Friday.
Fabiano's, which serves Italian sandwiches and pasta, was parked Thursday near S. Kansas Avenue and 6th. The back of the truck features Curly from "The Three Stooges" — one of Constantino's favorite television shows.
