St. Peter's Church, in Duluth, is now for sale with an asking price of $150,000. The church closed in 2010, and Father Peter Muhich told councilors in January says that its condition has deteriorated.
The church was the center of spiritual and social life of Duluth's Italian–American community that settled in Duluth.
