Sister Mary Anne Leto (Mary Jacinta), CHM, 87, died July 1, 2015, at Bishop Drumm Retirement Center, Johnston. Services are at Bishop Drumm, Our Lady of Peace Chapel. Vigil will be 4 p.m. Monday, July 6, and funeral Mass will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 7. Burial services and interment will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Ottumwa, Iowa.

Mary Anne Leto was born Feb. 16, 1928, in Des Moines, to Ignazio and Josephine Collo Leto. She entered the Congregation of the Humility of Mary Sept. 8, 1946, and professed vows July 19, 1949. Her degrees are B.A., Marycrest College, Davenport, and MSE, Drake University, Des Moines.
