The Abington Community Library is pleased to announce a partnership with SIAMO NEPA for a special event in honor of St. Joseph's feast day. St. Joseph is the Patron Saint of Italian-Americans and of immigrants. Come and enjoy a traditional Italian-American celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 19.

This St. Joseph's Day Italian heritage celebration will include a reading of "Strega Nona" by Tomie dePaola for kids, children's crafts, a showing of clips from PBS's "The Italian-Americans," and an Italian-American food potluck. Registration is not required. However, if you would like to bring food to the potluck, sign up at the Abington Community Library or call SIAMO NEPA at 570-290-7212.
