One year ago a leading Federal Hill restauranteur launched the idea of branding Federal Hill as “Little Italy” and now he is fed-up with the lack of progress.
When Gianfranco Marrocco presented the idea to the fellow business owners, the idea received strong support from the Federal Hill Commerce Association, city officials, and State Representative John Lombardi.
