What an honor it was to host this young Italians event at the Watertown Piave Fiume Sons of Italy lodge. It was an electrifying experience where young, enthusiastic Italian-Americans made connections and wanted to work to write the next chapter of our beautiful Italian story.
 
After a traditional Italian breakfast of espresso and sfogliatelle, we started with a conference call with our brothers and sisters of the Palermo, Italy lodge, lead by President Tiberio Mantia. He and his team reiterated how moved they were by the love for Italy being maintained by the diaspora family, and invited everyone to visit Palermo. We will definitely hold you to that!
