An Italian Christmas cooking class is just one of the seasonal events Albany's American Italian Heritage Museum has planned this winter. Instructor Dolores Scalise will show students how to make an Italian Christmas stew and almond paste cookies.
The museum, located at 1227 Central Avenue, will host the cooking class on Sunday, December 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free but there is a $10 fee for ingredients. Reservations are recommended. Call 518-439-1979 for more information or to make a reservation.
