As Staten Island's largest ancestral group, the Italian population has had a tremendous impact on the borough and its history. This event by Pat Salmon will focus on Italian immigration, agricultural endeavors through the 1960s, influence on other ethnic groups, family life, business enterprises, religion and other subjects as they relate to Staten Island and the Italian community.
