It’s an evening that recognizes the achievements, successes and significant contributions of exceptional Italian-Americans and acknowledges the impact they’ve had on America and its deep rooted history. A special event, it’s filled with inspirational speeches and unforgettable moments — some of which transport you back to a simpler time.
It’s Wagner College DaVinci Society’s 19th annual Scholarship Dinner staged each year in Nicotra’s Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn. The event, that was hosted in the Bloomfield venue Thursday evening, made its debut in 2004. And since that time it has served as a major fundraiser for scholarships that are awarded to Staten Island Italian-American students attending Wagner College.
