A long list of individuals and organizations are joining together in a "Finger Lakes Salute" to honor outgoing state Sen. Mike Nozzolio, R-Fayette. The event will take place Wednesday, Oct. 26 at the Smith Center for the Arts in downtown Geneva.
Nozzolio did not seek re-election and is retiring after 34 years in the Legislature. Known as the "Senator of the Finger Lakes," Nozzolio "has served our area with honor and distinction," according to a release announcing the event.
