L'eclisse dell'antifascismo deals with the intersecting of Italian history, anti-fascist paradigm and memory of the resistance and the Shoah. It is in this context that the Jewish world assumed a primary role in the victory against nazism and the establishment of democracy in Italy. The book follows three paths: the political history of the country, the memory of the resistance and of fascism, and the memory of the Jewish deportations and exterminations.
