“The Grand Italian Vision. The Farnesina Collection” is an enthralling journey through the history of Italian art from the 1900s to the present day, by means of 71 works selected from the extraordinary art collection at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic.
The only public institution in the world to have its own art collection, built up with passion and steadfastness since the end of the Nineties, it has created today’s dynamic collection that bears witness to the wealth of a cultural heritage, dwelling within the spaces of the Palazzo della Farnesina in Rome, a setting for exhibition activity worthy of any museum.
