After graduating college with a bachelor's degree in education, Justine Campitiello was going to become a teacher.
But her heart wasn't in it.
She tried working as a nanny, and tried other jobs, before choosing to join her family's business, Alfonso's Pastry Shoppe, which over the last four decades has become a household name on Staten Island.
