Frank Panepento, son of the late Charles Panepento and the late Rose Messina, is being honored as an Outstanding Italian-American by the Paolo Busti Cultural Foundation of Genesee County.
Panepento will receive his award at the Foundation's Fall Fundraiser planned for 6:30 p.m. Oct. 9 at Terry Hills Restaurant. Tickets may be purchased at Ben's Appliance; Gautieri Constructors, 45 Liberty St.; or from any board member.
