Parking and traffic in the Rondout section of Kingston will be limited Sunday for the annual Italian Festival on the waterfront. The festival, held by the Ulster County Italian American Foundation, will begin at noon.
Parking will be limited on Abeel, Post and Dock streets, Broadway from Spring Street to East Strand, on East and West strand, and the parking lots on Dock Street and beneath the Route 9W bridge.
