Society of Our Lady of the Snow to Celebrate 125 Years

The Society of Our Lady of the Snow, a cultural nucleus of Italian-American tradition in Greenpoint / Williamsburg is marking its 125th anniversary this year. The celebration begins on Saturday, July 27th, with a 7:00PM candlelight procession, from its hall at 410 Graham Avenue to St. Francis de Paola Church. Over the next ten days, the Society will mark its momentous anniversary with nightly events, culminating with the celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of the Snow on Monday, August 5th.
