It began years back as a way to further preserve the proud and distinctive cultural heritage associated with the Feast of St. Joseph — and thankfully the custom has managed to withstand the test of time.
And together to this day, State Supreme Court Justice Philip G. Minardo, retired state Supreme Court Justice Anthony I. Giacobbe and retired state Supreme Court Justice John Fusco have managed to keep the time-honored tradition alive.
